Our Story
At Naciente, we are dedicated to providing exceptional hair removal and eyebrow services with your specific needs in mind. Through professional consultative care we take the time to analyze the best services for you and how we can achieve optimal results.
We are a family-owned business led by Sandy, an esthetician and permanent makeup artist, and Raul, a massage therapist. Our common goal is to help those we serve feel their very best. We value community and look forward to creating a down-to-earth environment where our clients feel comfortable and excited to return.
Meet Sandy
Since 2016, I have been a dedicated beauty professional specializing in hair removal and eyebrow artistry. After several years at a waxing chain, I mastered the art of full body waxing but noticed a significant lack of personal attention given to clients in that environment. Interestingly, I once found eyebrows daunting, as my limited time working on them felt nerve-racking!
In 2020, I took bold steps to become my boss, prioritizing the customer experience. Now, I devote ample time to each client, allowing us to discuss their goals and how I can help achieve them. Each session allows us to provide a thorough service and build a connection, as waxing can be a vulnerable experience.
I have also expanded my expertise by offering cosmetic tattoos, having been certified six times by some of the top artists in the permanent makeup industry. Today, my services are recognized as among the best in Burbank, providing expert shaping, tinting, lamination, and tattooing to create perfect brows for every individual.
Meet Raul
Armed with a degree in Kinesiology and valuable experience as an occupational health assistant, where I worked with both adults and minors in rehabilitation at an adaptive therapy facility, I embarked on my journey into massage therapy in 2023. I have always been passionate about helping people recover and witnessing their progress. Whether it’s from a major accident, a sports or work-related injury, or a hereditary condition, seeing their improvement has been deeply gratifying. It has fueled my dedication to this work.
Having undergone multiple surgeries and injuries from sports, I noticed a significant lack of attention and information during my rehabilitation process. Being on the receiving end of this experience made me realize that this is not the kind of care I would ever want my clients to endure. This insight deepened my interest in learning massage therapy, fueling my passion for helping others achieve a pain-free and more comfortable life.
